We have been learning all about freezing and melting in school. Sensory play opens the opportunity to talk about and use describing words to communicate what is being experienced. To ask questions, how does the ice feel on your hands? cold, freezing cold etc. What happens if we leave our hands on it for too long? it hurts, because it is cold. How does the ice feel?
