Our children were introduced to our mud kitchen. Oh my goodness did they have fun! This area provides great outdoor learning opportunities. Learners enjoy getting hands on playing with mud and water, while also developing important physical, social and emotional skills.
At the end of our play session the children are responsible for cleaning up the area and all the utensils which they have used - just as you would after cooking a meal at home.
They are well protected with the wetgear they must wear but some children still do not have wellington boots and their footwear can get a bit wet.
Please provide wellington boots that will stay in school.
